Courses associated with LifeSpring’s hybrid delivery system are available only as full 4-credit courses. Students whose degree plans require less than 4 credits of a course must take the entire course but may request permission to pay only for the reduced credits needed for that course.  Requests must be made prior to registration by submitting this form. Upon approval of request, student will be emailed an enrollment code, within 2-3 business days, to use at registration. Reduced Credit Request Forms must be submitted no later than 1 week before course registration closes.  A unique request must be submitted for each course.
